Duties:   Jason worked as; Master Control Operator, Post-Production, & "Panama Now." He produced a ton of creative spots. While at SCN he produced a "Weightlifting" spot with big, bulky, heavy-breathing lifter and helped win TJ for '96 competition.

Biographic Details:   After leaving SCN he went on to work at the Naval Media Center, Washington D.C. and transferred to Commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet/USS LaSalle, home ported in Gaeta, Italy.

1990 - was reassigned from Panama to Norton AFB, CA. Assigned as NCOIC of Combat Camera, Aerospace Audiovisual Service. 
1991 - Left Air Force active duty and joined the NM Air National Guard. Worked for Intel Corporation as a Shift supervisor and Shift Manager of Fab 7, Fab 11, and Fab 7 Assembly and Test. Worked with Intel corporation for 14 years.

Duties:  

Jose came to SCN from DINFOS. Jose worked in Radio CI and TV News. 

He was the main anchor for the evening news and also a show appropriately called, "Midday."   

He was also a reporter/photojournalist for the newsroom. 

Trivia:   Jose also spent six months in Soto Cano at the radio station there and spent time in Honduras. 
Biographic Details:  

He then went on to anchor the Army's television newscast called, "Army Newswatch" at Soldiers Radio and Television (SRTV) in Washington D.C. 

After that, Jose went to Korea where he ran an affiliate at Camp Humphreys. 

His last move was to Fort Bragg. He spent three years in PSYOPS. While there he went to Airborne school.

Before SCN he was program director of the Southern European Broadcasting (SEB) network in Vicenza, Italy. 

Reuben left SCN to become Chief of the Operations Division at AFRTS-BC.

In 1996, he married Navy Captain Connie Haney, then the commander of AFRTS-BC and now retired.

While stationed at SCN he served as a 25 Romeo as one of the Engineering Staff. Tom along with several others assisted in the Maintenance of SCN and all its On-Air Signals.

He also assisted in the Installation, Maintenance and upkeep of the facilities Audio, Video, and Automations Equipment (ie. AVID News cutters, Odetics, PDR-100 Video Disk Recorders, Studios Digital Sony Cameras, Creation of the facilities Wire Diagrams, Studios Audio Board and PDR-100 as well as a host of other Equipment).

Trivia:   His wife Cristal, spent most of her time as a Research Assistant on Isla Tigre on Gatun Lake researching Panamanian Tamerain Monkeys.

Duties:  

He was a VERY driven commander who’s goal was to put SCN at the top in AFRTS. He succeeded and forever changed the way SCN was viewed in the community and by the SCN staff.

Jerry was considered to be the toughest all around commander at SCN but he was fair. LTC White was responsible for upgrading the entire network. He was committed to having the proper equipment and a pleasant working environment to produce good projects. He supported his team.

Trivia:   His famous saying posted throughout building 209 was, “CHECK, RECHECK and before it airs CHECK IT AGAIN.

Colonel White arrived in Panama with a bacterial infection in his heart. LTC Jerry White, while SCN commander, continued to suffer serious heart problems and passed away Sept 21, 1994 at the age of 42, while attending the funeral of his mother in Texas. His death was a shock to all the SCN personnel. Mateo reflects that Colonel White continued to influenced him greatly in his productions after passing away.
